Making Poi - Maori Language Week

For Maori Language Week we have been practising Te Reo Maori in our daily conversations.  At the end of the week for art we made a poi.  It was the first time for many of the students and the first time to plait.  The class really enjoyed learning how to make a poi.  We hope to use them in a waiata soon.
